Gray Wood Outfitters came to Think Forward Media to create a new brand for an existing business they had purchased. They wanted a new website to reflect the new owners, while also retaining the warm feel their clientele had come to know and love.
Think Forward Media started by creating a report on their current website including what SEO keywords they were ranking well on, and what ones could be improved. We also identified key elements of the existing website to be included in the new design, and the structure of the current website.
A theme was selected that suited the new owners brand identity, and Think Forward Media customized the theme using both new elements, and existing elements from the previous website. The new design was a design that was cleaner, and more modern but also reflected the warm and inviting feel of the original website. Critically, the design we full mobile responsive allowing customers on a range of devices from cell phones to tablets to be able to browse the website with ease.
Think Forward Media then redirected all the existing pages from the previous website to the new website allowing the new website to benefit from the extensive history of their old website, and allowing customers to quickly find the information they were looking for.
The resulting website is a beautiful, clean, but familiar website that reflects the new owners while also keeping a focus on what made the business great.
